Yes. Two or three is the sweet spot. Owning all 16 is fine and that is what the vault is for, but running all 16 in one chat isn’t recommended, it makes Claude worse at choosing, not better.

Both. Plugins install and run in Claude on the web, in Claude Desktop, and in Cowork, and the skills work in all three. These kits are skills only, no hooks or sub-agents, so nothing is left grayed out wherever you use them.
Yes. Plugins are available on Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise. They aren’t available on the Free plan. Anthropic sets that, not us.
